At Old Man Bricks, we carefully package and ship every order to ensure it arrives safely and as described.


Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.


Shipping Methods

We ship using major carriers including:

  • UPS

  • FedEx

Carrier selection may vary depending on:

  • Package size

  • Destination

  • Shipping speed selected


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight

  • Dimensions

  • Delivery location

  • Selected service level

Free shipping promotions, if offered, apply only to qualifying orders.

Delivery time begins after the order has been processed and shipped.


International Shipping

International shipping times vary by destination.

Buyers are responsible for:

Old Man Bricks is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.


Packaging Standards

Used LEGO sets and minifigures are packaged securely to prevent damage in transit.

  • Sets may be partially disassembled for safe shipping.

  • Boxes (if included) are protected but may show wear consistent with listing details.

Minor box creasing or cosmetic wear during transit is not considered shipping damage.


Insurance & High-Value Orders

Orders above a certain value may:

  • Require signature confirmation

  • Include shipping insurance

This is done to protect both the buyer and Old Man Bricks.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once tracking confirms delivery, Old Man Bricks is not responsible for:

  • Theft

  • Lost packages after delivery

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by customer

If a package is marked delivered but not received:

  • Contact the carrier directly

  • Contact us within 48 hours so we can assist


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide clear photos of:

    • The packaging

    • The shipping label

    • The damaged item

Failure to report within 48 hours may void eligibility for claims.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Orders returned due to incorrect address may:

  • Require additional shipping payment

  • Be subject to restocking fees


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may not be modified after shipment.

If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately. Cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

  • Weather events

  • Customs

  • Peak seasonal volume
