At Old Man Bricks, we stand behind the quality and accuracy of every item we sell. We want you to feel confident in your purchase.
Returns – Used & New Items
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Item must be returned in the same condition it was shipped.

All parts, minifigures, instructions, and accessories must be included.

Original packaging (if included in listing) must be returned.

Item must not show signs of additional wear, part substitution, or modification.
Returns must be approved prior to shipping the item back.
Used Sets
Used LEGO sets are inspected and described as accurately as possible.

Minifigure condition
Minor cosmetic wear consistent with used LEGO is not considered a defect.
Missing or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives incomplete or incorrect:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Include clear photos of the issue
We will resolve legitimate issues quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Sealed sets that have been opened

Used sets that have been disassembled or mixed with other parts

Minifigures with swapped or replaced parts

Clearance or final sale items
Return Shipping

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours.

We recommend tracked shipping.

Refunds are issued after inspection.
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Certified Used Items
Items marked “Certified Used” have undergone a detailed inspection process and are verified to match the listing description.
